Pursuit Rubber Legs Nymph
Broken currents and rocky runs call for a nymph presentation that gets into the feeding lane and stays there. The Pursuit Rubber Legs Nymph offers a stonefly imitation with rubber legs that add movement as the fly drifts through changing currents. Available in olive and brown in size 12, it gives you two natural-colored options for exploring trout water when fish are feeding below the surface and there is no obvious hatch to follow.
Dead-drift it through riffles, along current seams, and into the softer pockets behind rocks. Adjust your rig's depth and weight to reach the feeding zone rather than rushing the fly through the run. Fish it beneath an indicator or pair it with a smaller nymph in a two-fly setup to offer trout different profiles. Short, controlled drifts are especially useful in pocket water, helping you cover individual holding spots before moving to the next seam.
