The Blue Damsel is the attractor variation of our extended body adult damselfly series — and on many stillwaters, blue is the most accurate match for the real thing. Adult damselflies often display vivid blue coloration, and trout that are keyed on damsel flights will readily take a well-presented Blue Damsel near weed beds, banks, and emergent vegetation. The extended body profile delivers the long, slender silhouette that makes this pattern so effective when fish are looking up for adults on the surface.
